Here is one example of a casual community event that I hosted. These types of events gave the community a low-pressure way to connect, making tree ornaments, carving pumpkins, baking, and doing arts and crafts via a Discord livestream.
Here is an example of a large-scale in-game “live ops” event for Ashes of Creation, using internal tools to spawn monsters and set up spontaneous activities like hide-and-seek, roleplayed bosses, and surprise encounters to celebrate a new phase of development.
Here is an example of an organized 64-player, last-player-standing 1v1 duel tournament with a full bracket that I created and hosted. I also extended the moment with a UGC video submission contest to showcase highlights, pairing competitive structure with fun incentives, including in-game cosmetic rewards.
